- onboarding via invite link
- posters (`/posters`, `is_event` posts with single required tag: event | fundraiser | current affairs)

- njalla deployment with systemd

- F-Droid release
- mobilepay via stripe if community needs it

## later (v2 — after v1 stable 3+ months)
- DMs (option undecided — see OPEN-QUESTIONS.md)
- notifications for DMs only if DMs land (never feed activity)
- consider flipping federation flag
